Jenny Butler, Running Back

Butler is going to be the starting running back on Sunday for the Passion with the neck injury Marirose Roach sustained following the Eastern Conference semi-finals against Tampa. Butler, a 31-year old rookie for the Passion, carried the ball 20 times and caught one ball during the regular season for 160 total yards and 4 touchdowns. As a linebacker on the defensive side of the ball, Butler logged 26.5 tackles (22 solo, 4 for loss), 1 pass defended and 1 fumble recovery.

Marirose Roach, Running Back

Roach is arguably the league’s most dominant player… but she will miss the Lingerie Bowl with torn ligaments in her neck. With 59 touches this season, Roach totaled 555 yards from scrimmage and scored 19 TDs. As a safety, Roach also totaled 17 tackles, 3 passes deflected, 1 forced and 1 recovered fumble, and 4 interceptions.

Angela Perfetto, Linebacker

Perfetto is also an o-lineman on the offensive side of the ball. She totaled 15.5 tackles (3 for loss), 2 passes defended, 1 interception and 1 fumbled recovered.

Ashley Salerno, Quarterback, Los Angeles Temptation

Ashley Salerno believes she is the league’s best quarterback – and she seems to be hitting stride at the right time. Last weekend in the semi-finals, she threw for 142 yards and 3 touchdowns on only 10 completions in the Temptation’s victory over the Vegas Sin. On the year, she’s completed 32 passes for 376 yards and carried the ball 25 times for 78 yards. Salerno has also found herself in the end zone 13 times – 10 times through the air, 3 times on the ground.
