Right now, almost every LFL regular season contest is played on Friday nights and aired on MTV2 at 10 PM EST. Below are the scheduled dates and kickoff times for each regular season game.

Of course, if you’re going to watch the ladies of the LFL in action on TV, it’s probably best to check your local listings to make double-sure the game will be broadcast live in your area. If for some reason it’s not broadcast live, however, no worries. MTV2 will probably rebroadcast the game all weekend long, so you can catch it in-between college football games and NFL games all weekend.
