Who do you predict will play in Lingerie Bowl IX on February 5 in Las Vegas? That’s a question that so many LFL fans are asking about this time of year. You watch the games every Friday night on MTV2, but since the teams only play a 4 game regular season, it’s not easy to get a full look at all of the teams.
Last year, Lingerie Bowl IIX proved to be a real barnburner as the Los Angeles Temptation edged the Philadelphia Passion 26-25. That was the second consecutive championship for the Temptation.
But, this year, you can’t think that the Temptation will be in the Lingerie Bowl again. That’s because they play in the same division as the Las Vegas Sin who beat the Temptation 28-24 earlier. The Sin appear to be very strong this year.
So, what is my prediction? You have to love Mary Rose Roach and the Philadelphia Passion. Roach is probably one of the most dominant players ever in the LFL. And, in the West, it’s hard to bet against Las Vegas. Therefore, I’m going with the Passion versus the Sin in Lingerie Bowl IX.
