If you’ve ever watch an LFL game, you recognize one thing right away. Those girls are incredibly fit. These are great athletes that happen to love playing what is predominantly a man’s game of football.
When people start exercising, they expect results right away. And, that almost never happens. That’s why you need a 90 day review of your progress. Don’t take your weight, don’t measure yourself, just wait. You’ll be much happier when you know you have quantifiable results.
It’s great to have an awesome Extreme Body Workout, but it’s not always absolutely necessary. Work one part of your body at a time. That’s what the LFL girls do; work a different body part each day in their off-season workouts. That’s the best way to get your own buff beach body.
